The sensational Turkish duo with flutist Bora Korkmaz and pianist Füreya Ünal have performed around the world charming audiences with their beautiful blend of rhythms and melodies. Through the eloquent language of music, this duo once again joins Cal State Fullerton in the New Music Festival.

Musician, composer and performance artist Miya Masaoka's varied contexts of sound, music, multi-media and nature incorporates koto and electronics stretching the language of music beyond the norm. Joining her is the "astonishing and entrancing" (Billboard) So Percussion. Energetic and thrilling, their performances have earned them the title of "one of the grooviest new groups to come along in a while. They are terrific!" (George Steel, Columbia University).

"Phenomenal pianist," (The Village Voice) Lisa Moore has developed a unique and unforgettable repertoire combining powerful technique with vivid theatricality creating a one-woman opera "thrilling both for its drama and dazzling pianism" (Sydney Morning Herald). With illuminating energy Moore sings, acts and plays in her "flawless" (ArtsHub) performances of "delicacy mingled with brusqueness" (New York Times).  Joining her is the "innovative" (New York Times) So Percussion that Billboard hails as "a must-hear" group!

"A violinist whose art goes deeper than virtuosity," (Miami Herald), Jaime Laredo has been acclaimed as one of the master musicians of our time. He has performed throughout the world and joins the University Orchestra along with the "gifted and inventive American composer"(Washington Post) Martin Bresnick in a concert of elegantly smooth style and lyrical intensity.
