Dr. Orozco’s teaching, scholarship & service extends to several foreign countries.

INTERNATIONAL TIER II PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
Dr. Orozco participated in a Fulbright Grant to Thailand in 2004 with a team of professors from Calif. State University, Fullerton. The result of that grant was the development of the Tier II in Thailand Program for school leaders. From 2004-06, the Thailand program was supported by Calif. State University, Fullerton. In 2006, this international program continued in collaboration with the University of California, Irvine (UCI). In 2009, the program expanded to include Tier II in Brazil.
