Use of cell phones, beepers and pagers is generally forbidden during class time. Please turn them off or, if you require these to be on for emergency or business purposes, please place them on vibrate mode and turn ringers off. If I hear a phone ring, I reserve to the right to confiscate it for the duration of the class. Texting during class is not allowed, except via the iLinc interface for academic purposes. Do not text on the phone, and do not enable such other applications on your computer during class.
