RSS Feeds Permit Regular Updates
The acronym RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is xml coding that is added to a website that allows for others to subscribe to the website. By using an RSS reader, others can have content "pushed" out to them, instead of having to visit a website. Creating an RSS feed is a simple task. Each time a new podcast or file is posted to the website, the RSS feed information needs to be updated to reflect the new postings.
